Whether you are preparing for your wedding day, hosting an intimate gathering, planning a proposal, or bringing a small group together, our team would be honored to help you create an experience that feels personal, polished, and memorable.

  • Begin the wedding day in a setting that feels calm, beautiful, and special.

    Bridal parties may reserve select guest rooms or the full Inn for overnight accommodations, hair and makeup preparation, photography, and time together before the ceremony. Early arrival, extended access, breakfast for overnight guests, robe photographs, and use of the Inn’s public spaces may be available depending on the experience selected.

    Each bridal gathering is thoughtfully planned around the size of the party and the needs of the day.

  • The Charise offers a warm and elegant backdrop for intimate weddings, anniversary gatherings, bridal events, milestone birthdays, showers, and other meaningful celebrations.

    Events may include access to select interior spaces, the front porch, and the surrounding grounds. Because every occasion is different, we work with hosts to determine the most suitable spaces, guest count, timing, accommodations, and event details.

  • Create a proposal that feels entirely your own.

    From a quiet moment on the porch to a thoughtfully styled setting inside the Inn or on the grounds, The Charise provides a romantic backdrop for one of life’s most memorable questions. Flowers, photography, refreshments, and other special touches may be coordinated in advance.

  • The Inn’s historic details, grand staircase, elegant interiors, porch, and grounds provide a beautiful setting for:

    • Bridal portraits

    • Engagement photographs

    • Graduation and formal portraits

    • Family photographs

    • Branding sessions

    • Editorial and lifestyle photography

    Photography reservations are available for select interior and exterior spaces. Extended access and use of multiple public areas may also be arranged.

  • Our conference room offers a polished setting for small meetings, planning sessions, leadership retreats, interviews, and presentations.

    The room accommodates up to 10 guests around a boardroom-style table and includes a television for presentations. Coffee and tea service, meals, guest rooms, and use of additional gathering spaces may be added to create a more complete retreat experience.

  • For occasions that call for privacy and flexibility, the entire Inn may be reserved.

    A full-property experience can provide overnight accommodations, dedicated use of public spaces, extended access, and room for guests to gather throughout the property. This option is especially well suited for bridal weekends, family celebrations, small retreats, and multi-day events.

  • Depending on availability and the nature of your event, your experience may include:

    • Breakfast for overnight guests

    • Coffee and tea service

    • Charcuterie boards

The Charise is an intimate historic Inn rather than a traditional event hall. This allows us to offer a more personal experience, but it also means each event must be carefully considered to protect the home, preserve the comfort of overnight guests, and ensure the occasion is a good fit for the property.

Guest count, room use, timing, parking, vendors, décor, photography, and overnight accommodations are reviewed as part of the planning process. Detailed pricing, policies, and availability are provided once we learn more about your event.
