The Charise offers a charming, historic bed and breakfast experience with thoughtfully restored guest rooms, modern amenities, and inviting common spaces. It is ideal for couples’ getaways, ladies’ trips, UGA weekends, local events, and peaceful retreats.

Both options may be available. Guests can book individual rooms or inquire about renting the full inn for intimate events, retreats, business gatherings, or group getaways.

Amenities include beautifully appointed guest rooms, king and queen beds, large TVs, coffee stations, complimentary guest parking, common gathering spaces, a library, parlor, porches, outdoor seating, conference room, and select room features such as air bathtubs, steam showers, soaker tubs, private patios, and kitchen access.

Yes. The Fambrough is designed to be ADA-friendly and includes thoughtful accessibility features such as a roll-in shower, wheelchair-accessible vanity, shower seat, and available raised toilet seat with support frame.

Check-in is currently planned between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Guests needing special arrangements may contact the inn before arrival.
